Education: Educate each other, share information, discuss innovative therapies, and possibly collaborate to enhance the quality of care for our patients.

• Share information regarding stroke rehab research opportunities.

Community: Discuss common interests and goals. Create a compendium of Orange County resources relevant to stroke rehab, such as classes, facilities, transportation, services, treatment protocols, and research opportunities.

• Bolster Stroke support groups
• Provide a voice for stroke and stroke rehab advocacy at a county level
• Create a database to pool experiences regarding patient therapies and outcomes.
• Organize an annual Orange County Stroke Day each May dedicated to awareness, support, & prevention, involving professionals, survivors, caregivers, and support groups.
