You are invited to the third annual Orange County Stroke Rehab Network "Stroke Awareness Picnic," on May 5th 2012 ("Stroke Awareness Month"). This event will provide a chance for discussion, interaction, and a pleasant picnic revolving around stroke. All involved with stroke are invited: persons with stroke, friends/family, caregivers, therapists, nurses, physicians, and researchers. Stroke related vendors are invited to set up a display.

Food and drinks will be provided. Please feel free to bring an appetizer or dessert to share with the group. Check out photos from last year here.

Success Stories: Patients and caregivers will be invited to share their stroke success story aloud at the picnic.
